Earl M. Cain
Earl M. Cain, 69, of Herman Road, Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Friday morning at home.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9th and Pine Streets, Manitowoc. The Rev. Glenn H. Unke will officiate with burial in Knollwood Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Cain was born April 24, 1906, in the Town of Centerville, Manitowoc County, son of the late Martin and Dorothea Donahue Cain. He attended school in the Town of Centerville. For over 30 years he was employed as a steam fitter with Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co. until his retirement in 1970. He married Alvina E. Fictum, Dec. 15, 1937, at Manitowoc. He was a member of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Larry and Judy Cain, of Sacramento, Calif., Wayne M., of Pirmasens, Germany; a sister, Mrs. Mae Eisner, of Sheboygan and a grandchild. Two brothers, Clarence and Martin and a sister Blanche preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday and at the church on Tuesday from noon until the hour of service.
