Huber was brother of Hugh Garfield Rowlands, born April 5, 1884 the same year as Huber. Although I only have record of the year of Huber's birth, the fact that his brother Hugh was born the same year on April 5, 1884, suggests to me that they were twins, especially since they were both given the same middle name of Garfield. Huber died, but Hugh lived to be 81 years old at his death.
