Bobby E. Wagaman, of Hanover, departed this life January 22.

He was the son of the late Clarence E. and Dorothy I. Harmon Wagaman.

Mr. Wagaman retired as director of security from the North Hanover Mall. He worked part-time for the Adams County DUI unit, Smokers Express and was previously employed at the former Hanover Hardware. Mr. Wagaman was a life member of the Green Springs Rod and Gun Club. He attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church, McSherrystown. Mr. Wagaman attended Hanover High School. From 1953 to 1954, he served with the National Guard unit in Hanover.

He was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Flo Mummert Wagaman, who departed this life March 24, 2005, and is survived by six sons, Bobby Wagaman Jr. of Hanover, Russell Wagaman of Hanover, Michael Wagaman of New Oxford, William Wagaman of Hanover, Glenn Wagaman of Spring Grove, and David Wagaman of East Berlin; 11 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Gladys Runkle and Peggy Beard, both of Hanover.

He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Christine M. Wagaman; one granddaughter, Stacey Wagaman; and two brothers, Edward Wagaman and Richard Wagaman.
