Donald L. Cobleigh, age 84, of Janesville, died June 10, 2014, at his home. He was born in Milwaukee County on Sept. 22, 1929, the adopted son of Perry and Genevieve (Hengstler) Cobleigh. Don attended Baraboo schools and on Oct. 22, 1949 he married Margaret May Johnson at St. James Church, Cambridge. Don and his wife moved to Janesville in 1958, and worked at General Motors for 38 years before retiring on Feb. 1, 1988. He was a faithful member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church and a member of UAW Local 95. Don loved antique cars, NASCAR racing, taking walks, dancing, Country music and going out to eat. He is survived by his wife of 64 years; son; daughter; 3 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Shirley Acardo. Entombment in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. Schneider Funeral Home.
