CLEM W. BEHRENDT
Clem W. Behrendt, 46, of 2810 Forest Ave., Two Rivers, died shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Maplecrest Sanatorium, Whitelaw, where he had been a patient two weeks.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, and at 9 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. John K. Mueller officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Mr. Behrendt was born April 13, 1911, in Two Rivers, son of the late Ernest and Mrs. Emma Glandt Behrendt. He attended St. Luke Parochial School, Two Rivers, and also Washignton High School, after which he was employed for several years at Sheboygan and later at Kahlenberg Bros.Co., Two Rivers. In later years he worked independently as a service man in the appliance field and also as a painter and decorator. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Holy Redeemer church.
Surviving are his wife, the former Hulda Boehringer, whom he married Jan. 2?, 1947; his mother, Mrs. Emma Behrendt of Two Rivers; and three brothers, Arthur, Norman and Alfred of Two Rivers.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel after 3 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
