At the time of his death, he was survived by five daughters, Mrs. Leon Luscomb, Harpursville; Mrs. DeForrest Roe and Mrs. Morris Roe, both of Highland Falls, NY, Mrs. Arlie Smith, Vestal, and Mrs. John Pischone, Utica; a sister, Mrs. Doris Warner, Hallstead, Pa.; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a nephew and one niece.
