The wreck Sept, 27 that resulted in Boh's death came as he was returning home after the Tulane University-University of West Virginia football game at Tulane Stadium accompanied by his 9-year-old son, Gordon.
Boh and his son were struck in a car at the intersection of Stroelitz and Cambronne by an automobile that was being chased by police.......
A Native of Bay St. Louis, Miss., was educated at St. Stanislaus College in Bay St. Louis, Tulane and the University of Mississippi in Oxford where he received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering in 1953.
At the time of his death, Mr. Boh was a project engineer for Fremin-Smith Services. Previously he had been with Cox-Hardie Construction Co.
An active parishioner of St. Francis Xavier Church, Mr. Boh was also a member of the Marquette Council, Knights of Columbus, and of the Order of Alhambra.
He belonged to the Louisiana State Society of Civil Engineers and the Southern Yacht Club.
Mr. Boh is survived by his widow, the former Kathryn Gordon, of New Orleans; two sons, Gordon and Michael, both of New Orleans; a daughter, Kathryn, of New Orleans; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Boh, both of Bay St. Louis.
Pallbearers will be Carroll K. Gordon, John A. Gordon, John Hillary Boh, Harry Chapman, Wallace Burns and Capt. Roger Boh Jr., USN.
