MARGARET BERGER

Stricken with a heart attack at her home at 2009 Adams St., Two Rivers, Mrs. Margaret Berger, 70,, died unexpectedly at 6:30 a.m. Monday. She had been in fair health up to the time she was afflicted.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Beduhn, Deja & Martin Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. C. V. Hugo Officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mrs. Berger, nee Margaret Rumpf, was born in Two Rivers in 1882, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Kaufman Rumpf. In 1905 she was married at Two Rivers to Louis Lousier, who died in 1912. Six years later, in 1918, she was married to Charles Berger at Two Rivers, who died in 1927.

Surviving are a daughter, Miss Mercedes Lousier at home; a son, Alfred Lousier of Manitowoc; a stepson, George Berger of Memorial Drive; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Lodl and Mrs. Joseph Rezash of Two Rivers and Mrs. June Laduron of Mishicot; and two brothers, Frank of Iron Mountain, Mich., and John Rumpf of Oconto Falls.

Friends may call at the funeral home from Tuesday noon until the hour of services. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
