Mrs. Sammie Belle (Hieronymus) Pryse, 93, of East Elm Street, LaFollette, died Friday at LaFollette Medical Center. She was the widow of Dr. Roscoe C. Pryse and was a member of the LaFollette United Methodist Church, LaFollette Garden Club, Women's Auxiliary, Campbell County Medical Society and a graduate of Union College.
Funeral services were Sunday at LaFollette United Methodist Church with the Rev. Riley Huffstetler officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Dr. John C. Pryse of LaFollette and Dr. Thomas D. Pryse of Knoxville; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
