Olga Ida Hokanson of New Braunfels died Friday, Jan. 5,1996 at Arboretum New Braunfels. She was both to Otto A. and Ida (Kroll) Wolter Jan. 18,1900 in Travis County, Texas. She married Alexander (Pop) Hokanson Aug. 8,1921 in Austin, Texas. She is survived by her daughters, Loraine Borchers of New Braunfels, Ida Aprilla Hokanson of New Braunfels, Jo Ann Gerron of McKinney; sons, John A. Hokanson of New Braunfels, Tom Alton Hokanson of Dumas; sister, Laura Lee Helton of Ft. Worth; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral service* will be graveside only at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9 at Comal Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon Sunday until noon Tuesday at Zoeller Funeral Home. The family will be at the Funeral Home to receive visitors from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of one's choice.
