William F. "Bill" Harrigan, a lifelong resident of Levittown, passed away at his residence Thursday Oct. 21, 2010. He was 63.

He was the longtime companion of Lori Swank.

Born in Camden, he was a son of the late William and Dorothy Harrigan.

Bill was a life member of Tullytown Volunteer Fire Company, where he held many offices. He served 1 term on the Tulleytown Borough Council, and was an active member of the Tulleytown Democratic Club.

Bill was a member of Emmaus Road Lutheran Church.

Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, photography and computers.

He retired from the banking industry, after many years as a computer programmer.

Bill also is survived by two sisters, Helen Borsting (Eric), and Linda Davis (Mitch); a brother, Edward Harrigan (Lisa); three nieces, Heather Ippolito (Ron) and Morgan and Elizabeth Harrigan; and a great niece, Libi Ippolito.

Relatives and friends are invited to share in Bill's life celebration from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Emmaus Road Lutheran Church, 520 Hood Blvd., Fairless Hills, 19030, where his memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions sent in Bill's name to the above named church, would be appreciated by his family. Beck Givnish of Levittown.
