A fun-loving, charismatic spirit slipped the bonds of this life and traded time for eternity on Saturday, June 7, 2014. Her irreplaceable presence, her laughter and sporty attitude will be forever etched in the minds and hearts of those who knew her.
Sharon Ann Daniel was born August 7, 1955 to Charles Walter and Dorothy Jean Jefferson Daniel in Sparkman, Arkansas. She grew up in a home full of love and discipline. She attended Sparkman Training School and confessed her hope in Christ at a young age joining First Missionary Baptist Church.
"Dunkie", as she was lovingly called by her grandmother Ida Perry, grew up to be a young lady who didn't believe in laziness. She was one who could wear a broom and mop out. She was a great cook and could always be found sampling the food during family gatherings either before it was finished cooking or before anyone had asked the blessing. To know her was to love her. She had her own special way of both giving and receiving love. If she liked you, you knew it and if she didn't one would know it.
The Lord blessed her with six children and she was a true believer that if you spare the rod, you spoil the child. Her children and grandchildren alike loved to be in her presence. She was the cool-type, fun loving parent who gave wise counsel when she could. She worked as a certified nurse's assistant at both Riverwood Nursing Home and Beverly Nursing Home. Dunkie displayed the fruits of the spirit, kindness, goodness, gentleness and self control. Dunkie was the life of the party. Family, as well as, friends will miss her unique sense of humor and her favorite saying "it's a wrap."

Daniel (2007) and Stephanie Daniel (1970); one son, Michael Bernard Wright (1984); her sisters, Lou Ida Daniel, Renee Daniel, Shirley Daniel Crawford, Betty Joyce Daniel and her brothers, Charles Edward Daniel and Donald Thrower; her nephews, Eric Lynn Daniel and Charles Lamont "Mussey" Daniel (2013).

Public visitation will be Friday, June 13th from 12 noon -7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and the family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
