JOSEPH DURN

Mr. Joseph Durn, 69, of 331 E. Breed St., Chilton, died Monday, June 18, at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The Rev. Oscar Twedt will officiate and burial will be in West Valders Cemetery.
Mr. Durn was born Nov. 16, 1914, at Milwaukee, son of the late Louis and Anna Funa Durn. He married Delores Guetchow Nov. 11, 1944, at Valders. He farmed in the Chilton area and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. Mr. Durn was a World War II veteran and a member of American Legion Post No. 125 in Chilton.
Survivors include two brothers, Andrew of Milwaukee and John of Malone; two sisters, Mrs. Leon Reterstaff of Muskegon, Mich., and Mrs. Marion Hobbs of Fond Du Lac. He was preceded in death by his wife June 28, 1968.
Friends may call at Wieting Funeral Home, Chilton, 5 o’clock to 9 o’clock this Wednesday evening and then at the church on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
