Philip L. Levenson July 7, 1930 - June 12, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Philip L. Levenson, 83, passed away June 12, 2014. Born July 7, 1930, in South Bend, he was the son of the late Sam and Queen (Groshans) Leven-son. On September 22, 1956, Philip married the love of his life, Patricia Infalt. Philip graduated from South Bend Central High School. He proudly served in Korea for the Army and was a member of the VFW Post 360. He retired as Branch Manager of Key Bank in 1995. He was also a former member of the Optimist Club. His passion was golf, but he loved many sports and was a member of Erskine Golf Course. Left to cherish his memory along with his wife are his children, Andrew (Renee) Levenson and Angela (Bryan) Crowner; his brother, Michael (Beverly) Levenson; and grandchildren, Adam (Crystal) Levenson, Alexander (Sarah) Levenson, Carl Bauer, Samantha Bauer, Andrea Levenson, and John Crowner. Phil had many friends, too many to mention them all, work colleagues, golf buddies and nearly everyone he met. He was a loving husband, father and friend; he will be truly missed. Per his request, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held closer to his birthday, in July. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
