Helen Wadine Brand, age 79, of Oneonta, Alabama passed away at Shepherds Cove Hospice on June 13, 2014. Mrs. Brand was a retired housekeeper at Tyson Foods and a member of New Life Ministries. She loved gardening, canning, quilting, and feeding her friends and family.
She is preceded by husband, Jack Brand; son, Danny Brand; father, Aubrey Aaron; mother, Clara Roberson Kilgore; step mother, Betty Aaron; and sister, Audrey Jane Aaron.
Mrs. Brand is survived by daughter, Lisa Womack (Kenneth) of the Howelton Community; son, Jackie Brand (Merri) of Straight Mountain; grandchildren, Will Womack (Anne) of South Carolina and Jesse Womak of Navarre Beach, Florida; five sisters; four brothers; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Bro. Jack DeCanter will officiate a memorial service on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 4:30PM from New Life Ministries with burial following at Antioch Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Marshall County.
