Mary Norma (Naughton) Bargon, 86, former longtime Wilbraham resident, died peacefully on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at home. Born in New York City to the late William and Angela Naughton, Mary was raised in Rockville Centre, NY. Mary was a communicant of St. Cecilias Church in Wilbraham. An avid golfer, she was a long-time member of the Country Club of Wilbraham. Mary was predeceased by her husband of 60 years Richard C. Bargon in 2011. She will be sadly missed by her two sons; Richard C. Bargon, Jr. of Plano, TX and James A. Bargon of Wilton, CT, daughters-in-law Laurie Bargon and Deborah (Poppo) Bargon, six grandchildren; Kathleen Bargon Henry and husband Laurence, Kevin Bargon and wife Jessica; Saige Bargon, Gregory Bargon, Hannah Bargon and Zachary Bargon and four great grandchildren; Caroline Henry, Charles Bargon, Henry Bargon, and Ella Mary Bargon. Family and friends may meet for Marys Funeral Mass on Friday, June 20th at 10:00 am at St. Cecilias Church, 42 Main St., Wilbraham. Burial will follow in Woodland Dell Cemetery. Wilbraham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St Judes Childrens Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Memphis, TN 38148-1042.
