Anna Lee Linkous Jones, age 80, of Blacksburg, died Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Heritage Hall Health Care.

She was born in Montgomery County on August 25, 1933, to the late Harley and Lossie (Bill) Linkous.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Eddie Adkins, of Christiansburg; grandson Scott Stanley, of Roanoke, great-grandsons Brandon Stanley, of Floyd and Zachery Stanley, of Fredricksburg; sisters Polly Hodge, of Warm Hearth Village, Dolly Vest, of Pilot and Wanda Linkous, of Merrimac; brother and sister-in-law Wayne and Peggy Linkous, of Newport; brother and best friend R. B. Linkous, of Merrimac; brother-in-law Charlie Trump, of Pilot; sister-in-law Shirley Linkous, of Christiansburg; numerous nieces and nephews of whom she loved and spoke of frequently.

The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, June 21, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Sloss, Rev. Clayton Kipps and Rev. Jube Burk officiating. Internment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday evening June 20, 2014 at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
