Rosie Lee Youngblood was one of eight children born to the late Ruben and Estella Williams on June 14, 1928. She attended school in Mississippi and accepted Christ at an early age. In 1951 she was joined in Holy Matrimony with Gilbert Youngblood in Ohio and to this union three daughters were born. Rita, Deborah and Joann.

Rosie was employed 30 years by Profit Foods as a executive chef at the G.M. Tech Center in Wrren, Michigan until she retired in November 1993.

Rosie Lee departed this life on May 19, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert; daughter Rita; two sisters, Mary Alice and Minnie Lee; three brothers, Sterling, Odell and Charles.

She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Deborah (John) Youngblood, Joann Youngblood; sister Essie Williams and brother, Ruben Williams, Jr.; 11 grandchildren, Eric (Melissa) Youngblood, Sirenia Youngblood, Madina (Major) Nelson, Rosa (Joseph) Torres, Damon Youngblood, Angel Youngblood, Tremaine Youngblood, Kendric D, Youngblood, Christial K. Youngblood, Denzel (Yvonise) Youngblood and Nathaniel J. Thomas; 25 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and friends.
