"Roah Adams Nahatiet (sic), former Mill Valley resident, died yesterday at her home in Tucson, Ariz. after a long illness.

Mrs. Nahatiet (sic), 82, lived in Mill Valley from the 1950's until she moved to Tucson a year ago.

A native of San Francisco, she grew up in the Middle West and on the East Coast. She attended Dominican College and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.

Mrs. Nahatiet (sic) came to Mill Valley with her husband, the late John M. Nahatiet (sic), who worked 38 years as an accountant for Del Monte Packers. He died in 1968.

Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Thomas B. Monroe of Tucson, Mrs. Marshall Williams of San Fernando, Los Angeles County, and Mrs. Raymond Sullivan of San Francisco.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Mill Valley. Private burial will be Monday at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery."
