Delores Rabe, 85, of Kiel, went to be with her Lord on Friday afternoon June 20, 2014 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc. She is the former Delores Henning, born on November 30, 1928 daughter of the late Edgar & Norma (Balz) Henning. Delores was a 1947 graduate of Kiel High School. On October 31, 1953 she was united in marriage to Everett A. Rabe at Bethlehem UCC. Delores had worked for a short time at the Hat Shop in Kiel and Lake to Lake Dairy. Delores took great pride in raising her family of eight and always being available to help in any way she could. She touched so many lives and will be remembered by all who knew her as a kind, generous and loving woman. She was well known for her baking and was always willing to bring a dessert to whatever function was happening. Delores was a lifelong, active member of Bethlehem UCC. In her later years she enjoyed babysitting in her home for many children. Delores had a love for life.
