Services for Mr. Charles D. Crankovic, 83, of Shreveport, were held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Mar. 17, in Bailey Mortuary Chapel in Springhill, with Father William J. Pierce officiating. Burial was at Springhill Cemetery.
Mr. Crankovic, a native of Zwolle, died Saturday, March 14, 1987, in Shreveport, following a brief illness. He was a 40 year resident of Springhill, moving to Shreveport in 1980. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle. He was a retired employee of International Paper Co., with 27 1/2 years of service.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Evelyn and James D. Talley; one granddaughter and her husband, Vicki Talley and Jim Ives, all of Shreveport; one sister; three brothers; and a number of nieces and nephews.
