She was a Hart county native, retired restaurant owner and operator of Horse Cave and a member of Cedar Cliff Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike & Ruby England Kinslow; her husband, William Gordon Turner, Sr.; 3 children, Dewayne O'Banion, Timothy O'Banion & Mikie Turner.
