This is my great-great-great grandfather. He died at the age of 100 years, 4 months, 14 days. I was pleased to have been able to visit his gravesite in May 2007.
Son of Michael Myers and Mollie Magdalina Darting Myers.
First married in 1843 to Mary Cobble Myers, with whom he had eight children. Second marriage was to Sarah A. Phegley Purcell Myers. He was a farmer.
John and Mary were the parents of Mary Magdaline Myers DeVore, Daniel Myers, Michael Myers, George Washington Myers, Sarah Elizabeth Myers Miller, William Myers, Amanda Myers Akers and Louisa Myers Miller.
