Thompson, longtime school teacher and DAR member, stated that they were buried in "the family plot. " At Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville, AL., her infant sister Anne is buried (in section 3 row 1) and also her maternal grandparents, the Easons (Block 2, Row 5).
