MAE FRONK

Mae Fronk, age 95 of 2902 Adams Street, Two Rivers, died Friday night, October 18, 2002 at her residence, after a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2002 at St. Peter the Fisherman Parish, Holy Redeemer Site, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will the Rev. Wm. G. O'Brien, with burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mae was born June 11, 1907 in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter of the late William & Lucy Cleary Gaffney. She was a graduate of Stevens Point Teachers College, and also attended Milwaukee State College. Mae married Francis Fronk, in August of 1935 at Madison, WI. He preceded her in death on June 26, 1994. Mrs. Fronk taught school for many years at Koenig, St. Luke, and Holy Redeemer Schools. She was a longtime, faithful member of Holy Redeemer Parish, where she served as a eucharistic minister, and was a member of the New Hope Choir for many years. She also volunteered many hours at the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Mae was a Girl Scout leader for 16 years, and enjoyed music, nature, and children.

She is survived by two daughters & a son-in-law, Nola Dick, of Milwaukee, and Kay (Paul)Regan, Moraga, CA; five grandchildren, Christine Dick, Eric (Marcy) Dick, Molly
(Steve) Adams, Charles (Michelle) Regan, and Dr. Laura Regan; nine great grand-children, and one great great grandchild. She is further survived by one sister-in-law, and one brother-in-law, Betty Franz, Manitowoc, and Dr. Roy (Martha) Fronk, Two Rivers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, William, Howard, and Rev. Conrad Gaffney, and one sister, Agnes Wrzesinski.

The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Peter the Fisherman Parish, Holy Redeemer Site, after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, until the time of mass at 11:00 a.m.

There will be no Monday evening visitation. Memorials may be made to St. Peter the Fisherman Parish Building Fund.
