INEZ E. GAGNON

Inez (Hurley) Gagnon, 81, Green Bay, passed away on April 21, 2004. Inez was born Dec. 1, 1922, in Foster City, Mich., and moved with her family to Two Rivers, Wis., in 1925.

Inez attended St. Luke's grade school and graduated from Washington High School in 1940. She later attended schools in Corvallis and Eugene, Ore. Inez married Vearle Gagnon Aug. 2, l946, in Milwaukee, Wis. They moved to Corvallis, Ore., and lived there until retirement. Following retirement they moved to Lakeside, Ore., and later to Springfield, Ore. Vearle died in 1993, and Inez moved to Green Bay, Wis., in 2001.

Survivors include her sister, Leona Strohm, nieces Janice White, Patricia Strohm, all of Green Bay; Donna (Brull) McCreery and husband, John, Madison; other nieces and nephews; and special friend, Betty Behrendt, Two Rivers.

Inez was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Vangie Hurley; sister, Van (Hurley) Brull; and brother, Hershey Hurley.

The family of Inez would like to thank Woodside Lutheran Home, West Wing, for the loving care they provided.

Interment of cremains will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery
in Two Rivers at a later date.

Inez will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Proko-Wall Funeral Home and Crematory, 468-4111 is assisting the family.
