…Struck at Green Bay
Death of Lloyd M. Grimm, town of Two Rivers farmer and a father of three sons, occurred yesterday afternoon as he and his wife Sylvia, and a 3 year old son, Jimmie, were at Green Bay on a shopping and business trip. Mrs. Grimm and her son had been shopping and were awaiting the return of her husband in the parked car when advised by the police he had been struck by a car driven by Francis Kennedy, 37, of route 3, Denmark.
He died an hour later in St. Marys hospital in Green Bay. Lt. Harry Bultman of the Green Bay traffic squad said Kennedy did not stop. About 90 minutes later Kennedy appeared at the police station and said a motorist stopped him and told him his car struck a man. Kennedy said he felt a jolt but didn’t know what it was.
While no formal charges had been lodged against Kennedy this morning police ordered him to appear in court later this afternoon. This afternoon at Green Bay Police Chief H. J. Bero said a warrant charging Francis Kennedy, of route 3, Denmark, with

Funeral Saturday
Funeral services for Mr. Grimm will be held at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.
He was born in the town of Two Rivers in 1914, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Grimm. After the death of his father he ?? his mother in the operation of the farm. In 19?? he married Miss Sylvia Wal???? who survives with three small ????, John, William and ???.
The body may be viewed at the Klein & Stangel Inc., ???? at ???? in Two Rivers after ? p.m. Friday. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home at ? p.m.
