(*)Jane [Funk] Woofter (May 28, 1854-d. age 77) was the daughter of Jacob and Verlinda (Felton) Funk. On May 3, 1877 she married Perry T. Woofter. She was survived by her husband; three daughters, Miss Sadie Woofter, Miss Cora Woofter and Miss Nina Woofter, all at home; four sons, J.M. Woofter of McWhorter; Guy Woofter of Fairmont; Jacob Woofter and Russell Woofter, at home. Also, three brothers, Albert Funk, J.W. Funk and C.A. Funk and sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Jones of Morgantown; Mrs. R.L. Smith and Mrs. G.L. Smith of Jane Lew; Mrs. C.M. Bailey, Morgantown, and Mrs. J.G. Bailey of Salem. Burial at Broad Run Cemetery.
