Frank Peebles, 66, formerly of Martinsburg,died Sunday afternoon, Oct.20, at the home of his brother, Webster
Peebles, near Sears' Pond. He had been seriously ill with heart trouble for four days. He formerly resided
on the Flat Rock Road, recently going to live with his brother. Mr. Peebles was born in Martinsburg, Oct. 11, 1869, a son of the late Amos and Martha Arthur Peebles.
He was a farmer in the town of Martinsburg for more than 30 years. His wife Emily Wakefield, died May 1, 1931. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Martha Warren, Utica, and Mrs. Eugene DeFrest, Allendale, N. J.; a grandson, Frank DeFrest, Allandale; and his brother, Webster Peebles, Montague.
