CHARLIE A. HODSON

Charles A. Hodson, 69, of 2818 Forest Ave., Two Rivers, died Sunday morning, March 11, at the Two Rivers Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Rev. Paul Schumacher will officiate and burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

Mr. Hodson was born April 17, 1914, at Pryor, Okla., son of the late William and Mary Hausfelt Hodson. Mr. Hodson was an Army veteran of World War II. He married Ethel Mae Rumpf on March 12, 1945, at Honolulu, Hawaii. Mr. Hodson worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Grede Foundry in Waukesha, Wis., for 25 years until his retirement in 1971.

Survivors include his wife, Ethel; a son and daughter-in-law, (private); two grandchildren, (private); a brother, Frank of Baird, Texas; and two sisters, Mrs. Alma Davies of Mesa, Arizona, and Mrs. Esther Holtzmeister of Longmont, Colo. He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, 6 o’clock to 9 o’clock this Monday evening where a memorial service will be at 7 o’clock.
