Miss Bertha C. Sachse, 85, Hika, died Thursday afternoon at the convalescent home in Sheboygan following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Stoltenberg funeral chapel in Cleveland, the Rev. E. M. Bode officiating. Burial will be in the St. John cemetery in Hika.
Miss Sachse was born in 1965 in Centerville, and after completing her education, was associated with her brother in operating a general store in Hika until they retired five years ago. Her hobbies were flowers and gardening.
Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Louise Schuette of Hika; 12 nieces and nephews. Four brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.
