At Fawn River, Michigan on the morning of the 15th of April after three weeks illness of typhoid fever, aged 35 years. Mrs. Julia V. Toll, wife of Colonel Isaac D. Toll of Michigan, late of the United States Patent Office.
The memory of Mrs. Toll will long be cherished in this community by the friends who so well knew the influence of her kind and gentle nature and the spirit of truth and devotion to duty, that marked her brief pathway through life. Ardent in her friendship, unselfish in her purposes and unconsciously won the respect and affection of all who knew her----though many eyes will rimmed with tears when this end record shall be read, many hearts will rejoice in the assurance that she will henceforth dwell forever among the blessed in heaven.
NOTE: I believe Julia is actually buried in Mt. Elliott Cemetery, Detroit, MI. see Find A Grave Memorial # 237384466
