Earl J Fowler, age 54, died May 24, 1955 at the State Sanatorium at Booneville. At the time of his death he was a resident of Oildale, Calif. But had lived in Yell County most of his life. He was a Mason and member of the Baptist Church and the son of William Edward & Mary Elizabeth Fowler.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dollie Fowler, six daughters, Mrs. Janell Harris. Mrs. Earlene Cotton and Wanda Jones of Oildale, Calif. Dorothy of St Louis, Mo. and Hazetta and Lynette of the home, three sons, Edward of Oildale, James Ray and Bobby of the home, one sister Lucy Fowler of Danville, and three brothers, Dolphus, Nathan and Alpha of Danville and six grandchildren.
