Marie Buesching, wife of Henry Buesching, a well-known and prosperous farmer of St. Joseph township, died Thursday night May 2 at 9:30 o'clock at the family residence. Death claimed its victim after a long illness of cancer of the Iiver extending over nearly a years time. Mrs. Buesching was born in St. Joseph township 51 years ago on the farm on which her death occurred. Her maiden name was Blum and her parents died several years ago. She was a faithful member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church at Goeglein and was active in the work of the congregation. Besides her husband, she is survived by these children: The Misses Addie, Emma, and May (Mary) and WilIiam, Herman and Fred Buesching. Mrs. WilIiam Weseman of this city is a sister. The funeral wiIl be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the farm residence and at 2:30 o'clock from St. Peter'schurch, the Rev. Mr. Doerfler officiating.
