She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church, graduated from PIHS and Aroostook State normal School. She is survived by her husband, Leroy of Presque Isle, 3 sons, Richard of Weeks Mills, Walter of Presque Isle and Earl of Winthrop, 1 daughter, Mrs. Patricia Irwing of Falmouth, 1 brother, Leo Kersey of Rumford, 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Burial Fairmount cemetery.
