Richard Dale Young, 65, of Booneville, Arkansas died Thursday, June 3, 2004, in Booneville. He was a member of Marietta Cumberland Presbyterian Church and served as an elder and deacon. He was a 1958 graduate of Booneville High School, plant manager for Ace Comb Co. for 35 years, a member of Booneville Rotary Club, Booneville Chamber of Commerce, Booneville Riding Club, Booneville "Wild Bunch" Quadrill, and coached the American Legion baseball team.

Funeral was held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 7, 2004, at First Assembly of God with burial at Spring Hill Cemetery in Booneville under the direction of Roller Funeral Home of Booneville.

He is survived by his wife, three daughters, four sons, his parents one sister, three brothers, grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and special family, the Eatons.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Second Wind Lung Transplant Association, St. Louis Chapter, 4550 W. Pine Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108 or Dale Young Scholarship Fund, Frist West Bank of Booneville.
