OWRE, HOWARD L. Age 39. Died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 1973 as a result of a car accident. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; daughter, Rachel, and son, Victor; stepchildren, Patricia, Donna and Scott Inghan; mother, Mary; and brother Alfred, both of Sumner; and sister, Mrs. Fred Ahreans, Tacoma. Funeral services will be held today at St. James Episcopal Church, under the direction of MARLATT CHAPEL. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
