Katie Lee Aiello, 99, of Memphis, Tennessee died on Tuesday, July 8 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis. A parishioner of St. Michael Catholic Church, Katie attended South Side High School and became a beautician owning her own shop. Her family will receive guests on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until funeral mass begins at 11 a..m., all at St. Michael Catholic Church on Summer Avenue. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery were she will be buried next to her husband Dominic Joseph Aiello. Mrs. Aiello is survived by her nieces Shirley Dye, Linda Reed and Mary Hurlock; nephews Billy, Joe and John Spangenberger, Jr.; numerous other nieces and nephews and extended family who will all miss her. The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to Dr. Jeffrey Warren, Dr. Frank McGrew, and all of the doctors and nurses of the 4th and 5th floors of the Baptist Hospital of Memphis.
