Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of Blanche (Shellenberger) Lamoray of Providence and the late V. Randall Lamoray.
Mrs. Trainor was an Administrative Assistant for the Rhode Island Department of Employment and Training.
Besides her husband an her mother, she leaves a son, a sister, and several nieces and nephews.
