He was an avid NASCAR Fan. He was preceded in death by his father Louis A. Accardi Sr. He is survived by: His mother Janis (Sokol) Accardi, five sisters-Deborah Clancy of Seymour, Connecticut, Sherry Croll of Stratford, Connecticut, Christine Brushie of Shelton, Connecticut, Priscilla McCall of Arsonia, Connecticut, and Hope Balzano of Shelton, Connecticut.
