Survivors include her husband, Everett R., at home; two sons, Bob Haselwood of Shelton and Jim Haselwood of Centralia; two sisters, Helen Salisbury of Seattle and Leta Johnson of Everett; two brothers, Dale Butterfield of Tumwater and Les Palmer of Centralia; five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
