I knew Jurain in middle school. He always stuck up for me when I was picked on. He was one of a kind. After middle school Jurain and I were moved to different high schools, so I never saw him again. I found out later that he was shot and killed by a 15 year old. I will never forget the kindness he showed me. Jurain will be in my heart forever.
