Thelma L. Price, 99, of Elkhart, formerly of Effingham, IL passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was born April 11, 1915 in Grundy County, IL to Albert & Martha (Anderson) Alderson. On Dec. 9, 1944 she married George E. Price. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 1986.
Surviving is a son, Robert and his wife Teddi of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Dave & Steve and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sisters and a brother.
Cremation will take place and burial will be at a later date at Arbor Crest Cemetery in Effingham, IL. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
