Lucia A. (Lucy) Philipps, age 95, of 2021 24th St., Two Rivers, died Monday
morning, December 19, 1994, at Two Rivers Community Hospital.
Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 1994, at Klein and
Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers and 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church,
Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Donald
Marquardt, with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemtery (sic), Two Rivers.
She was born October 27, 1899, at Pulaski, Wis., daughter of the late Jacob and
Valentina Zywicki Rozmarynoski. She married John F. Philipps on June 23, 1924, at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death June 27, 1989.
Lucy was a member of the Ladies of Sacred Heart.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Lorin and Mary Philipps, Wausaukee;
one daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Richard Gleichner, Two Rivers; one daughter-
in-law Mary Ann Philipps, Two Rivers; one sister-in-law, Minnie Rozmarynoski, Two
Rivers; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives
and friends also survive. She was also preceded in death by one son, Gilbert, six
brothers and four sisters.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 1994, at Klein and Stangel
Funeral Home. There will be a pray service at 7:30 p.m. led by Rev. Donald Marquardt.

Miss Lucille Rozmarynowski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Rozmarynowski, 1721
Twenty-first Street and Fred Philips of Marinette were married at Sacred Heart
Church at nine o'clock Monday morning, Rev. T. Malkowski performing the ceremony.
Miss Josephine Rozmarynowski,, a sister of the bride and Fred Philips, a brother
of the groom, were the attending couple. A celebration was held at the home of
the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Philips who reside at Manitowoc where the groom
is employed.
