Boyd Littlejohn, 79, of Cherokee`s Wolftown community, died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2001.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at Bethebara Baptist Church in Birdtown. The Revs. Mitchell Smiley, Denny Crowe and Ray Kinsland officiated. Burial was in the family cemetery. Pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Levi Oocumma, mother, Lewee Crowe, one sister, Alice Oocumma, and one brother, Henson Littlejohn.
Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Kina Littlejohn, two sons, Moses Oocumma and Henry Littlejohn, three daughters, Annie Oocumma, Peggy "Dolly" Littlejohn and Ahli-Sha Littlejohn, four stepchildren, Joe, Norma, Clint and Susan Oocumma, 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and nine stepgrandchildren.
