Dora E. Gordon, of Gettysburg, entered into Heavenly rest February 7.

She was the daughter of the late John E. and Mary Thrush Young. Her parents were killed in an automobile accident when Mrs. Gordon was a child and she was raised by the late Alvis and Sara Minter.

Mrs. Gordon was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Biglerville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Gordon, who departed this life in 1957, and is survived by one step-daughter, Louise A. Gordon Sharp of Mechanicsburg; one grandson; three great-grandchildren; and one cousin.

She was also preceded in death by one grandson, David Sharp and one brother, Edward Young.
