Burley, Idaho – Mary Louise Bingham, age 86, of Burley, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014, at the Cassia Regional Medical Center in Burley.

She was born on July 19, 1927 in Stockton, California, the daughter of Henry William and Anna Dorothea Boettcher Blanck. In addition to California, Mary lived in Centralia, WA, and Salt Lake City, UT, prior to moving to Burley where she has since resided.

She worked as a cashier in a drug store for many years, and upon moving to Salt Lake City, she was employed at the Church Office building of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until her retirement.

As a member of the LDS Church, she served faithfully in various callings throughout her life and was privileged to serve six missions. She enjoyed reading, cooking, crocheting, and loved opera.

Mary is survived by her children: Diana Kay (Henry) Baker, of Burley, Linda Karol (Marty) Latimer, of Sandy, UT, and Dennis Sanford (Lynette) Bingham, of St. George, UT; 26 grandchildren; 104 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and all of her siblings.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the Pella LDS Church, 160 W. 400 S., of Burley, where friends and family may call from noon until 1:45 p.m. Burial will follow at the Pella Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Rasmussen Funeral Home of Burley.
