OTIS GILBERTSON

Otis Gilbertson, 83, of Rt. 4, Chilton, Town of Rantoul, Calumet County, died at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, where he had been a patient six weeks. He had been in ill health for a year.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Peace Lutheran Church, Valders, the Rev. Robert A. Onkka officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Gilbertson was born Sept. 28, 1877, in the Town of Rockland, Manitowoc County, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Gilbertson. He attended Robert E. Lee elementary school in Manitowoc County.
He married Bertha Erickson July 10, 1904, at Valders Lutheran Church and they farmed in the Town of Rantoul since. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church
at Valders.

Survivors include his wife; five sons, Guilford and Orrin of Chilton, Gerelon of Brillion, Thomas of Madison and Elder of Kaukauna; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Dempsey of Neenah, Mrs. Leroy Rohrdanz of Brillion and Mrs. George Snow of Catalin Island, Philippines; 28 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Friends may call at Erbe-Hoffman Funeral Home, Chilton, after 3 p.m. Tuesday until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and at the church from 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service.
