Albert R. Mackey and his wife, Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Gracey Mackey, of 651 Broad Street, Chambersburg, died four hours and forty minutes apart Tuesday, death being due to the infirmities of age. Mrs. Mackey had been afflicted with partial paralysis for the past ten years. She died at 2 o'clock and Mr. Mackey died at 6:40 o'clock.

They were bother members of United Brethren Church at Salem and are survived by these sons and daughters, Harry B. Mackey of Akron, Ohio, Bruce G. Mackey of Olwein, Iowa, Roy, Raymond, Guy of Chadwick, Illinois, Mrs. Frank Miller of Harrisburg, Pensylvania and Mrs. Herman Brunner of this town.

Mr. Mackey was aged 71 years, 4 months and 19 days and was born in Horse Valley. He was a farmer and Blacksmith and resided near Salem until five years ago, when he was removed to town. He was a member of P.O.S. of A. of town and survived by one brother and two sisters, George Mackey and Mrs. Rush Horne of Upper Strausburg and Mrs. Martin Rosenberry of of Roxbury.

The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon, leaving Cramer's funeral parlor, 64 South Second Street, Chambersburg, at 2 o'clock, services and burial at the United Brethren Church at Salem.
