Willie Joe Frazier was the son of Enoch F. and Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Boatright) Frazier. According to Willie Joe's mother he died of Spinal Meningitis at the age of 2 1/2. According to Willie Joe's Death Certificate he died of "Respiratory Paralysis - Cause Undetermined". However, according to the "Burial or Removal Permit" dated 3/14/1935, Willie Joe died of Food Poisoning (Ptomaine) and was removed to Uz, KY, via automobile, for burial.
